It’s important that we cultivate sanctuary wherever we can. Each of us has the power to go inside and to tap into our own, internal capacities to heal. Mindfulness is one tool that helps us to explore our thoughts and emotions in a spacious way that gives us some distance to the heaviness that we may be feeling.
